I Am a Problem Solver
Do you want to change your life?
If the answer to the title question is yes, probably the first question that needs to be asked is, what do you want to change? You probably don’t know how to change it or it would have been done, but it is very important to determine what you really want. The situation will change, that is a fact. Nothing stays the same, even though it may seem so. You can choose to change it to something you want, or not. The choice is yours. What do you want? What do you really want? “If you can conceive it and believe it, you can achieve it!” (Think and Grow Rich) The next thing that must be addressed is how badly do you want a thing to change and what is the price that you are willing to pay for it? We can’t just want something, there is a price to be paid to acquire anything of value. Once we reach the place, which we must have something, the price is not the issue. Are you willing to do whatever is necessary to realize your dreams? It could be a pretty steep price. It might mean that you need to change your whole belief system and be willing to open up your mind to some new ideas. That is a price in and of itself. As an aspiring real estate investor, you have to get out of your comfort zone and for most people that is a very big issue. Only you can decide to change your situation in life.
Compensation (or the money you earn) is determined by:
1. The need for the work you do.
2 . Your ability to do it.
3 . The difficulty there will be in replacing you.
This works in all areas of our lives. God knows the desires of our hearts and will come at our beckon call, when there is a great need for what we are stepping out in faith to do. We must be prepared for this endeavor, even if our education was taught through the University of Hard Knocks. Once we step out, believing that the victory is ours, we cannot be denied, as God works with us and through us. Our reward is great, as we now have real purpose in our lives, as we get closer to the realization of our dreams. We do have the God given right, actually I would say, obligation, to take control of our minds, become emotionally involved in an idea, so that it becomes an ideal, and acquire the necessary knowledge to do the job, and then step out in faith. Once we step out, without doubting and never give up, our dream is not a dream anymore. It is done.
